Our Eggs Benedict is brunch perfection, plated. We start with split English muffins toasted to a deep gold, top each half with thick Canadian back bacon, and crown them with soft-poached eggs (yolks runny, whites just set). The whole plate is finished with a generous pour of our house hollandaise — emulsified to order with butter, egg yolk, lemon juice, and a touch of cayenne.
Served all day with seasoned home fries, this is the brunch dish Edmonton's West End has been craving. Add smoked salmon for a Royale upgrade, or sub in sautéed spinach for a Florentine. Pair with a Masala Chai or fresh-pressed coffee at our 15025 111 Ave NW location.
