There's nowhere to hide on a Margherita — the dough, the sauce, the cheese, the basil all have to be right. Ours starts with a 24-hour cold-fermented dough, hand-stretched and topped with a bright tomato sauce made from imported San Marzano-style tomatoes, creamy fior di latte mozzarella, fresh basil leaves, and a finishing drizzle of cold-pressed olive oil.
